T Williams Realty is a boutique real estate firm established in 2006 on Orcas Island. Preferring to be “better” rather than “bigger,” we’re a powerful force to be reckoned with.
We take our work seriously but have serious fun along the way! We’re energetic and upbeat, yet no-nonsense when it comes to your investment.
As owner/broker, Teri Williams has earned the trust of buyers and sellers and is known for her integrity, energy and professionalism. In addition to her real estate knowledge, Teri has more than 20 years experience pulling permits and dealing with the County and local contractors through Permit Resources. She’s frequently hired to provide feasibility studies and land use consulting. Teri serves on the Board of Directors of Lahari and on the board of the 7th Annual Orcas Island Cider and Mead Festival. She served two terms on the San Juan County Planning Commission, worked on the Critical Areas Committee and on the Eastsound Planning Review Committee. She also is past president of the Orcas Island Association of Realtors and a former vice president of San Juan Builders Association. In the past, she worked as a title examiner and coordinator for local survey company.
Sandi Friel has served on the Board of Directors of the local Realtor Association for five years including two terms as president. Prior to moving to Orcas, she worked 10 years in the construction industry – design, estimating and project management. Resolving deadlocks with creative solutions, Sandi obsesses over details and market research, and applies negotiation techniques learned in her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) training. She specializes in helping buyers find the right fit at the best price and also enjoys marketing properties for sellers. For the first quarter of 2014, she was the top-selling agent in all of San Juan County!
Beth Holmes, licensed broker, was born and raised in Vancouver, WA. Beth and her family have been visiting Orcas Island ever since she was a baby. As a young girl she spent summers on the island with her grandparents, who lived near West Beach Resort for 25 years, working at The Right Place Pottery. Beth always intended to call Orcas her home and in January of 2011 was able to make that happen. Beth manages the steel construction business she and her husband established in 1997 and for three years managed the OPAL Community Land Trust office and the Reddick Apartment and Office units. She is excited and motivated to embark on her adventure in real estate.
Mandy Randolph, licensed broker, is an Orcas Island native. Born into a family of builders, she grew up admiring homes and acquired a practical understanding of construction and what it takes to modify a house to suit different homeowners. Touring the island with a native is an experience unto itself, and Mandy is eager to share her broad scope of knowledge and experience. A part time educator, Mandy teaches a program she developed, “Farm to Classroom,” in the Orcas Island School District. In her class, students in grades K-6 learn about gardening, maintain a school garden, and learn about food and food systems.
Cory Harrington, building permit consultant and real estate assistant, grew up on Orcas Island and recently returned with his family to start a new chapter in life here. In his previous position as a Production Manager for a concert production company in Las Vegas, Cory coordinated crew, equipment, and logistics with customers and executed full-scale concerts. He finds his production and management experience proves to be very useful in the permit and real estate world.
Mary Ann Sircely is marketing director.
Truly you could not be in better hands for buying or selling property in the San Juan Islands!
